Insurances
We frequently receive questions about which insurances we "accept." Sadly that's a complicated question! We continuously reach out to insurers to try to be accepted into their provider networks, and frankly we would love to be in-network with all of them! While we continue to work on becoming in-network with more insurers, here is a snapshot of our progress to date for your convenience.
Our Accepted Insurance Plans
We accept all PPO insurance plans. However, we are only in-network with the following insurance providers:

Medicare (including all supplementals or Plan Gs)

Aetna Medicare Advantage

Florida Blue
If your insurance plan is not listed as in-network, you may still be able to use your PPO plan for our services, although your out-of-pocket costs may vary. For example, Medicare Advantage plans usually cover about 80% which is the standard Medicare coverage. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and benefits before your visit.
